Is my party private or will my guests share the playspace and party room with guests from other parties?
Your party is 100% private unless you book a party during open play hours. There will not be any other people from any other parties in the playspace or party room while you are there. This allows our staff to focus solely on your group and to make the occasion special for your child.
What assistance do you provide in the party room and the playspace?
Our staff will be picking up items and tidying up the playspace during the party. We will set up the party room with our themed decor and any items you might have brought such as cake or additional decor (arranged in advance). During your time in the party room, we will be there to provide more supplies or drinks, take care of spills, and check in with you from time to time to see if you need anything else.
When should I order food for our party? Give the final head count for kids and adults?
